We do not share your email address or contact information with any third-party organization. Your data is collected and stored in our database and is used for communicating with you about our services. In an effort to offer you the best service, we may contact you with news about our services and events. If at any time you wish to be removed from our database, please contact us.

If our policy changes in anyway, we will post that information so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Third Parties

Our web site may contain links to web sites maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing any personal information on such sites.

Registration/Donations

When you register for an event or make a donation to events and fundraisers produced and/or managed by VanAdams Sports Group, we need your name, email address, billing address, phone number and credit card number/expiration date. We use this data to process your registration and/or donation, and send confirmations via email. Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not sell, rent, or disclose this data to any third party without your consent. (However, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or requested by a law enforcement agency to provide information about a customer.) From time to time, we may use the transaction you make to customize our registration/donation process. We also track traffic patterns and site usage from time to time. Traffic and usage data is used only to improve our site's design and provide our site visitors with a fulfilling online experience.

Refunds

Should the event be cancelled or postponed as a result of (and not limited to) an act of God, Natural Disaster, war, strike, revolution, lack or failure of transportation facilities, laws or interventions or actions of statutory bodies, major accidents during the race, or other such causes, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If the registrant can not make the rescheduled date, the registrant acknowledges that NO REFUND or CREDIT to future events will be granted. Funds received will benefit the designated charity as indicated for that particular event.

No refund or credit should be offered if an event is cancelled or postponed or rerouted or shortened after the event has begun.

Returns

Apparel item returns must be in resellable condition. Returns for apparel items are accepted with in 30 days. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping amount will no tbe included in the refunded amount.

We cannot accept COD returns.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted for a full refund if they are made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event are not eligible for a refund. However, registrants have the option to send an alternate in their place.

Shipping

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.

Shipping and handling fees apply to apparel items only. Event registration confirmations will be delivered electronically.
